矽品（2325）及鴻海（2317）下午4點10分將同步於證交所舉行重大訊息說明，
將宣布簽訂策略聯盟計劃，市場推測，矽品因不滿日月光公開收購，已於下午
2點多表達反對立場，極可能引鴻海，來對抗日月光，不過尚未經兩家公司證實。
據彭博報導，鴻海發言人邢治平接受電話訪問時表示，鴻海與矽品將換股，換股
細節將在記者會上宣布。
